Instructions:

  1. Fill in your e-mail address. Make sure you enter the same e-mail address you used when you signed up.
  2. Click the "Unsubscribe to VISN 9 News" button.
  3. You will then see a new page that displays "Join or Leave the VISN9NEWS-L List. A confirmation request is being sent under separate cover". Wait for the confirmation e-mail. (The confirmation e-mail is sent in order to confirm your identity and prevent third parties from unsubscribing you to a list against your will.)
  4. Once you receive the confirmation e-mail, follow the instructions in the e-mail to confirm your request to unsubscribe or "signoff". There will be a link in the e-mail that you can use to confirm.
  5. Once you confirm, you will be removed from the VISN 9 News & Announcements mailing list.
